There are 60 million people around the world who are living in fear of landmines and unexploded bombs and every day 15 people are killed or injured by landmines and unexploded ordnance with almost half of all casualties children.
The work of MAG (Mines Advisory Group) is simple; our dedicated teams remove landmines and unexploded bombs from around the world and provide lifesaving lessons, so children and their families can stay as safe as possible until land is cleared. By removing these deadly items, communities are safe to return home, grow food and make a better living, access water and health services, and send their children to school without fear.
Since 1989, MAG has helped over 20million women, girls, boys and men to rebuild their lives and livelihoods after war. But more needs to be done. Together we can build a safe future for women, girls, boys and men affected by violence, conflict and insecurity. To make a difference and support MAG please go to www.maginternational.org/donate
