Entries are open to UK only. We do not accept entries from ROI.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have (written) permission from any owner of the supporting material they are wishing to upload.
Please see individual category details for full entry criteria. Any criteria not met by an entry could cause the entry to be forfeit.
All entries/table/place bookings will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation of your entry/booking, please contact Beth.email@example.com. The confirmation email will include a receipt of your payment or a copy of your invoice.
Returning supporting material
It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform the awards team if they wish supporting material to be returned. This must be communicated in writing to Beth.firstname.lastname@example.org by the entry deadline, Friday 17 May 2019. Failure to inform the awards team will result in the supporting material being securely destroyed after judging has taken place over June and July 2019. It is the entrants responsibility to organise a courier to collect the samples at a mutually beneficial time. The awards team will not cover any cost of returning samples.
Table and ticket bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking, or invoiced for payment at a later date. Please note, payment for tickets/tables must be received in full prior to the event. Invoice payments must be received by Metropolis Business Media within 28 days of the invoice date or by close of business 5 working days before the event, whichever is earlier. For bookings made within 28 days of the event, a credit card payment will be required for immediate payment. Only payment in sterling will be accepted.
Ticket cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Beth.email@example.com. Refunds will be accepted up to one month prior to the event. Should you wish to cancel after this point, no refund will be given, but you will be able to change the name of your guests attending, should you wish to.
If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event. Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Guests will be able to confirm any special dietary requirements on their guest list form. Simply complete and submit, as instructed on the form. This form must be received within 2 weeks prior to the event to guarantee the specific requirements are met. We cannot guarantee any specific dietary requirements will be met if we are informed less than 7 days prior to the event. It is the guests responsibility to inform us of their dietary requirements in advance.
Lighting and Special Effects
Strobe lighting and special effects may be used on the night. It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) of this.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.

Your email address and telephone number will not be given to 3rd parties unless you give us your explicit consent to do so. By providing your email address you consent to being contacted by email for direct marketing purposes by Metropolis International Group Ltd and its associated products.
